Escape plans:
On your room door and in front of the lift is an escape plan.
E-Bike:
You can rent an E-Bike at the reception. Costs € 35.00 instead of € 50.00 / half-day costs € 20.00. Please make a reservation one day before.

Fitness room:
The fitness room is in the 1st floor. With your room card you can open it. Children under 16 years only allowed with parents. Parents are liable for their children.
Opening hours: 7.30 a.m. – 9.00 p.m. o’clock.
Fridge:
In the Nationalparkhotel Klockerhaus rooms there is a small fridge which you can use freely.
However, there are no fridges in the rooms of the Gästehaus Edelweiss***.

Our garden with swimming pond you can use every time. The key for the garden door you get at the reception.

On request you can have a second hair dryer.

In the whole hotel you can surf in the internet per Guest W-LAN for free.

During your holiday you can pay your restaurant bills cash or you put it on your room bill (please sign therefore you bill everyday). The final bill you can pay cash, with EC-Card or with credit cards (VISA or Mastercard)

You can buy at the reception.
Pharmacy:
At Dr. Mendel in Wald (about 5 km) is a house is a pharmacy. The next pharmacy is in Bramberg (about 15 km). Info’s about the opening times are at the reception.
Panorama TV:
In your TV you find panorama channels from our area.
Parking place:
In front of the hotel is our parking place for free. If this one is full, you can park on our second parking place (behind the hotel).
Play-Station:
In our playing room is a Play-Station which you can use for free.
Pillows:
If the pillow is too hard or too soft, please inform the reception. On request you can get an additional pillow.
Ping pong:
In the basement you find a ping pong board. Ping pong paddles you get at the reception.

Our restaurant is daily open from 07.30 o’clock a.m. Meals you can order until 08.30 o’clock p.m. and drinks until 09.00 o’clock p.m. In our restaurant you can eat á la carte at midday (from 11.00 o’clock a.m.).

The reception is open from 07.30 o’clock a.m. until 09.00 o’clock p.m.
Room service:
