Arrival by car

Coming from the north:

Munich - Kufstein - St. Johann in Tirol - Kitzbühel - Pass Thurn - Mittersill – Krimml
or
Munich - Siegsdorf - Lofer - Zell am See - Mittersill - Krimml

Coming from the west:

Highway A 12 Inntalautobahn - exit Zillertal - Zell am Ziller - Gerlos - Gerlospass - Krimml

Coming from the east:

Wien - Salzburg - Bischofshofen - Zell am See - Mittersill - Krimml

Coming from the south:

Lienz – Mittersill – Krimml

Please note that your vehicle needs a vignette (toll sticker) for Austrian highways. It might also occur that you have to pay an additional toll for particular streets (for example the Gerlos Alpenstraße). As our hotel is located amidst the Hohe Tauern region, you have to be prepared for wintry road conditions.

With a reservation confirmation for our hotel, the use of the Gerlos Alpenstraße is free in winter. In case you have already paid, the amount of the toll will be refunded when you buy a ski ticket. Also with the Krimml Guestcard or a valid ski pass you are allowed to use the street for free, which means you do not have to pay the toll.

Travelling by bus

The nearest bus stop is in the centre of the village, a five-minute walk away. Bus route 670, which runs between Krimml and Zell am See, stops here.It's best to download the Salzburg Verkehr app to get an overview of all buses and their timetables.

Arrival by public transport

If you prefer to use public transport, our team will help you to plan your arrival. The next airport is in Innsbruck or Salzburg. If necessary, you can also rent a car there.

Check-in and check-out

You can check in from 2 pm on the day of arrival, if possible also earlier. We would like to ask you leave your room or apartment until 10 am on the day of departure.
