Because of the special circumstances we updated our cancellation policies in order for you to enjoy your summer- and winter vacation to the fullest. If you have to cancel or change your booking due to COVID, you can do so free of charge up to 7 days prior to your arrival.

Arrival and departure:

Upon arrival you can move into the rooms or apartments from 2:00 p.m., even earlier when possible. On the departure date we request you vacate the rooms/apartments by 10:00 a.m..

Deposit:

For fixed bookings we charge a deposit of 20% of the booked arrangement.

Cancellation terms:

Unpleasant but nevertheless necessary:

• Up until 3 months prior to the agreed date of arrival at the latest we charge no cancellation fee.

• Up to 1 month prior to the agreed date of arrival at the latest we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the entire arrangement.

• Up to 1 week prior to the agreed arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked arrangement.

• In the last week prior to the agreed date of arrival, for late arrival, for premature departure or for "no shows" we

  charge 90% of the entire arrangement price.
