Arrival and departure: Upon arrival you can move into the rooms or apartments from 2:00 p.m.,
even earlier when possible. On the departure date we request you vacate the rooms/apartments
by 10:00 a.m..

Deposit: For fixed bookings we charge a deposit of 10% of the booked arrangement.

Cancellation terms:
Unpleasant but nevertheless necessary: Up until 3 months prior to the agreed date of arrival at

the latest we charge no cancellation fee. Up to 1 month prior to the agreed date of arrival at the

latest we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the entire arrangement. Up to 1 week prior to the

agreed arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked arrangement. In the last week

prior to the agreed date of arrival, for late arrival, for premature departure or for "no shows" we

charge 90% of the entire arrangement price. In order to avoid any unpleasant surprises we recommend you take out
